Job Role :
- Post Job on various paid/free job portal
- CV search on Portals.
- Screening/Short-listing of CVs, Lining up & Conducting Interviews.
- Follow up with candidates w.r.t. CTC, joining etc.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and policies.
- Good Comm skills-oral & written.
- Collaborates with hiring managers to understand the needs and roles to be filled; reviews job descriptions for vacancies.
- Interview candidates combining various methods.
- Should have target chasing attitude
